3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed via WhatsApp communication. Final confirmation of the order depends on stock availability. Payment terms (UPI/Cash) will be communicated during the order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer local delivery in Mhow/Indore and courier services across India. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and may vary due to external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products (Namkeen/Sweets), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. Refunds are processed only in cases of:

• Damaged packaging received.
• Incorrect item delivered.
• Quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Namo Namkeen shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mhow/Indore.
